Markus:

Great to hear from you. Sorry to hear about that potential downsizing, but hopefully that works out in your favor as many changes do.

Since we last spoke, I started a new division at Xxxxx focused on clinical trials, and then left last year to join another startup (Xxxxx, a Xxxxx based company also focused on clinical trial services). I’m currently COO and managing our core operations, while acquiring a few adjacent companies and having responsibility over them. One of our acquisitions was Xxxxx, a payments and contracting company based out of beautiful downtown Xxxxx. Xxxxx is busy gearing up for some significant growth and hiring. I’m not sure if we have BA type roles relevant for you, but I have reached out to our HR lead with a recommendation to see if there is anyway we can leverage your expertise. Would love to bring you in, but am not sure there is a great fit right now.

I’ll also keep my ears open for other opportunities, and please feel to utilize my networking connections via LinkedIn if you find other opportunities.

Brett

Chief Operating Officer

Hi Brett,

How nice of you to try to help out, downsizing can be a scary affair. I’m quite secure in my position though – you might want to direct your reply to that other Markus Meyer, sounds like he needs it.

BR,

Markus
